I thought the tour manager was fantastic – thanks Sue – and the itinerary varied and interesting. Loved the Villa Ephrussi Rothschild as I am really into gardens and that was unforgettable!

I had been to Provence before but was happy to re-visit so many old favourites, and then to continue on to the beautiful French Riviera, a new one for me, was fantastic. The hotel in Nice was a huge highlight, just beautiful, with sea view rooms being a great choice.

A highlight for us was visiting amazing Roman ruins such as at Arles and Orange, the gorgeous markets, and Avignon – what an amazing history! On the Cote d’Azur I just couldn’t get over the scenery. Villages like Eze and St. Paul de Vence I will never forget.
